Elemen Utara KK Presint 2 (Tower A) Occupation Certificate (OC) Obtained.

Elemen Utara KK Presint 2 (Tower A) finally received its OC on 4th January 2022. Despite several phases of MCO which causes delay on construction works, the OC was released early this year, much to the relief of the buyers. The handing over of key was held at the Management Office of Elemen Utara KK Presint 2 starting from 7th February 2022 onwards, with over 95% of the keys handed over to its’ proud owners over these past months.
